GuRu's ReVieW

GURU - one of the most awaited movie released y'day with a bang. I also managed to watch it courtesy puneet, who while taking two tickets for him and his friend at noon for the night show, managed to leave one leftmost seat vacant. Since it was the only seat no body bounced at it till evening and I was lucky enough to pick it up just before the start of the show. Well, another Mani Ratnam's bullet hit public at heart. Abhishek seems gr8 and it feels like he is taking big b's leagacy to new heights. Aish looked gorgeous dancing in rain on Saroj Khan's choreographed nice traditional ballads, with soothing A R Rahman's music playing at the back. Dhirubhai Ambani's real life is nicely presented in reel with Abhishek playing him as Guru Kant Desai. The movie is full of inspiration, however runs very fast sometimes...as one has to show almost 30 years in 3 hrs. The main cast apart, Mithun da also adds value to the script with his performance, on the other hand, Vidya playing a handicap gal with the reporter Mahadevan add more romance.
All in all it's worth to watch it !!
